As you can imagine, at Kana Fishing, we end up with a lot of leftover plastics from sprues, pucks, and baits that don't pass the QC process. At some point, we run out of plastic in a specific color scheme to make more production baits. A 6 hour session can generate multiple pucks and sprues.
To support our Don't Waste, Reuse core value, we created the Remelt Series. These baits are made from a blend of leftover pucks & sprues using all our standard molds and strict processes.
These are not "poor quality" or "cheap" baits. These are the same ingredients we use in our production baits.
These are less expensive than our normal baits because we aren't able to accurately reproduce these colors. Meaning, once each individual color is gone... they're gone! Stock up and save today.
